Richard’s Paving is a family owned and operated company that has been passed down for three generations. It originally started in 1946 by my grandfather, Richard G. Cooper. In 1975 the business was passed down to his son, my father, Ace Cooper Sr., who successfully ran the business for 40 years. In 2013, Richard’s Paving was passed on to me, Nelson L. Cooper. Over 3 generations there have been a lot of changes in the asphalt business, but the one thing that has not changed is that we at Richard’s Paving take pride in giving all of our customers the highest quality of work with competitive prices.
